This program is for you if you want:

80 Day Obsession Workouts

- Workouts ranged from 35 - 60 minutes each day, with 1 rest day

80 Day obssessio0n is no different. Autumn has made it super simple and uncomplicated counting macros. You just input your weight and goal, and it'll tell you how much to eat of each food type (protein, fruit, veggies, carbs, fats etc) you need to eat each day. Preliminary reports show that it's a LOT of food and you won't be hungry!

Autumn also breaks out the best foods to eat before and after your workouts for maximum results, and gives you a timed nutrition plan

80 day Obsession Supplement's

Because of the intense nature of the workouts, it's recommended to use Beachbody's Performance Line. While you can still get great results without them, they will further your results and have been clinically proven to help with performance and recovery. You'll want energize 30 minutes before your workouts, Recovery within 30 minutes after and Recharge before bed.

At launch, the program and meal plan will be exclusively available through Beachbody's streaming Service Beachbody On Demand. There is no repeating workouts and each day is a new routine! (so 80 dvds would be challenging to manage).
