This meatball recipe is one of our favorites and is a staple in our house now. They can be eaten on their own or used in other recipes. We hope you love them as much as we do!
Serving size varies based on the size of meatballs you make, but generally 1 serving is approximately 4 meatballs. This recipe makes around 10 servings (again depending on the size of your meatballs).

Ingredients:
1/3 cup whole wheat bread crumbs
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 Tbsp. onion powder
1.5 tsp. minced garlic
2 large eggs
1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. oregano
2 Tbsp. grated parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. Himalayan salt
1 tsp. ground black pepper
2 lbs lean ground turkey OR chicken
Directions:
Line large baking sheet with parchment paper
Place bread crumbs and milk into a small bowl. Mix and set aside for 10 minutes
Combine uncooked turkey (or chicken), eggs, onion powder, minced garlic, cheese, oregano, parsley, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl
Combine bread crumb/almond milk mixture to the turkey/chicken mix in same large mixing bowl
Refrigerate, covered, for 1 hour
Preheat oven to 425 F
With clean wet hands form the turkey/chicken mixture into 1 inch meatballs and arrange on baking sheet (makes 35-42 depending on size)
Bake for 13-18 minutes or until browned and cooked through
